STEP UP! is a training workshop that turns followers into leaders. There is so much potential in us and in our staff that is simply not used. It is often not to do with motivation or competence but everything to do with how we perceive leadership.
One thing we must know, leadership is not only about telling people what to do, but making people learn how to move themselves. If your behavior is about waiting to be told, then nothing’s going to happen. That’s why ECS Indo Jaya held internal training for all managers on March 16th 2020. We have Jonny Ishaque and Jennifer Tan as our speaker from Elevate. They teach us how to become a good leaders.
